Located at East Gosford, Edge First Group is the home of Common sense self defence/street combat, serenity lifestyle enhancement,&  chahai'ya massage.

We have a 64 sq metre training floor equipped with all the traditional training implements such as kettlebells, sandbags, dumbells, our power rack and olympic weights as well as beef bags, punching bags, and our new teardrop bag. We have designed the studio with versatility in mind. Our setup is infinately changeable with all bags and bars being removeable and adjustable.

Out Back we have the massage and counselling rooms and on the side we have the beautiful coffee lounge/ tea house/ private pole fitness studio. One of the other great features of the space is the video monitoring of the training floor. This means that parents and loved ones can sit in the coffee lounge, on the sensational Indonesian Teak furntiure, in ultimate luxury and watch their children or partners training next door.
